Partnerships & Collaboration
WEI actively fosters partnerships with government entities, private sector organizations, and social impact partners to widen opportunities and deepen community impact.
Support from the Ministry of Tolerance & Coexistence
WEI seeks official support from the Ministry of Tolerance & Coexistence to:
- Endorse WEI’s mission and community programs
- Strengthen alignment with values of tolerance, coexistence, and human fraternity
- Provide recognition and legitimacy for initiatives such as RISE and WEI Markets
- Enable smoother collaboration with UAE government entities and partners
Licensing as a Women’s Association
WEI is committed to establishing itself as a recognized and licensed women’s association under the Department of Community Development (DCD) and Maan.
Key steps include:
- Finalizing a Board of Directors with 70% UAE National representation
- Submitting WEI’s charter, governance framework, and official documentation
- Showcasing community impact, empowerment programs, and event portfolios
- Securing government endorsements
- Completing all registration and compliance requirements
